This centre collects the documents that govern VaultGuard Sync (Cloud), the public website, and the hosted administration service. The Self-Hosted Community Edition is governed by its source-available software licence and by the operator of that deployment.

Policies and agreements

• Privacy Policy — how VaultGuard handles personal data as a controller and explains the managed-service trust boundary.
• Cookie Policy — necessary browser storage, optional measurement and advertising tools, retention, and choices.
• Terms of Service — the contract for VaultGuard Sync (Cloud).
• Acceptable Use Policy — activity and content that are not permitted.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy — trial, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rules.
• Data Processing Addendum — controller-to-processor terms for customer personal data.
• Subprocessor List — infrastructure and service providers used to deliver the managed service.
• Legal Notice — operator, registration, and contact information.

Product security boundary

Supported file bodies are encrypted by the plugin before upload and stored as ciphertext. VaultGuard Sync (Cloud) nevertheless uses KMS-backed server-managed key custody, and authorised service paths can process content transiently. It is not a zero-knowledge service.
